Change Of Email

Why do so many people want me to reply to a different email rather than through Craigslist? Is this a scam? Is this so they can't be reported?

No, it's not a scam and won't stop flagging. Advertisers may want to receive email directly instead of taking a chance that it will be delayed or lost, by forwarding. Also, using one's own email address requires no understanding of Craigslist's "anyonymizing" protocol.
