Why Does Craigslist Keep Denying My Credit Card?

I have been trying to post a job offer for a chef for 2 weeks and craigslist keeps denying my visa debit card. I have made sure that all the information on my bank statement is input correctly for billing and i doesnt work. I have tried to contact craigslist several times and they do not respond to my emails.
