Why Are Images Not Being Renewed?

Am I missing something? I've been renewing ads with images for years it feels like, and all of a sudden I go to renew and none of my ads have pictures. do i have to reload eachtime?

Sorry you're having problems. This is unfortunately a fairly frequent glitch with Craigslist. Try editing the post and see if that helps. Or you could try adding your picture with the HTML img tag.
