They don't want to hear from you...they want you to become frustrated and go away. They outsourced their call center to the Philippines. They just added a per customer, per line, per month - $1 administrative fee to uh.. cover the cost other carriers charge them...yeah right. ! Think about that whole scenario and you'll see their bottom line just shot up, drastically

Might I suggest a double shot of sumthin real strong or just as strong or stronger, rolled before you make that call. It minimizes the screaming and beating the phone on the table.
