How Come Cricket Keeps Docking Us $1.99 For Ringtones On Our $1/day Plan?

Every time i put more than $1 at a time on my phone, I'm docked $1.99 for ringtones. I DONT download ringtones. This has been going on for months. Its a pain to have to put a $ on every day.
