How Do I Contact The Company On A Complaint Againt Cricket And Their Represen

i want to file a complaint and to be refunded for my money and time i invested in their services due to their misleading and extremly conflicting information i was given. i was researching phones and phone plans to determine what was the best plan for our family, between price of a decent phone along with a service plan that had everything we needed but reasonably affordable at the same time. i called straight talk, at&t and cricket. they told me about a payasugo plan where i coud chose from three different plans of service depending on what met my needs. little did i know the better it sounded the more convinced i was that i had finally found it! i even looked up the three plans online and checked to make sure i was in the coverage area, which i was then iselected the most expensive coverage they offered for paygo. to make sure i was doing everything right and purchasing what i needed i called customeer service who informed me i should buy top up cards rather than add money to my debit card and pay that way, so i did. which ended up having to be thee different cards equaling to the45 doller plan because thats all that was offered. i decided to call the payment in instead off adding it myself online so i called the representive once again to my surprise to be told not only did my phone not meet the requirments to be prepaid that it did not exist in their system at all as a cricket phone. come to find out it was discontinued two years ago. and all they could tell me was i could activate it with a plan instead of a pay as u go acount and that i could add the fourty five dollers id just spent to my account to get ringtones and crap because i couldnt use it to turn on a wireless plan. so at this point i called a few different people and the last one i spoke with said she would look up the info and my account, she said since it let me rigister my phone it should let me add the paygo online to finish my transaction and  gave me a few numbers to call just incase. well it worked and went fine for id say twenty mins. now the phone completly not working and its useless and ive manage to wates over 150$ on a phone and plan that not only was recommended to me but was falsely advertised due to the actual plan didnt have nearly the amount of things it claimed to. i still have the phone conversations and the documents from my application and approval saved to my computer. i would very much like someone to explain to me how every single person i spoke with didnt catch any of these issues and now ive spent nearly five hours attempting to conact anyon for technical help or anything to fix this issue that is clearly the fault ot the mistrained workers and  their LACK of knowledge of the company and the services they provide. please contact me so we can resolve this matter very soon. or the number they gave me is
