Do You Ever Answer The Support Line?

Do you ever answer the support line? Or do you just keep feeding people the BS about how busy you are and wait for them to get tired of pushing 1 every 45 seconds. 30 minutes and counting. I'm pretty sure I can find better ways of wasting $120 a month.
