My Receiver 0001 1516 5433 Has Gone Bad And Needs To Be Replaced.

A have a available receiver to take it's place. Rec # 0001 1516 5783. I have three available cards from other receivers which were taken out of service. Cards are 0014 1007 5095, 0014 1007 5152, 0014 1007 5194. Which card should I use to put in the replacement box.
