Can Get Guide But When We Click Onto A Show Nothing But Black Screen Appears..no Audio Either. we Can Move About The Guide & the Tv Can Be Turned On & Off....we Can Place A Dvd In & Watch A Movie....no Notation On Sattelite Screen As To Any Problems. what's Up?
