Danby Ddr6009ree: What Does Error H1 Mean?

My 2 year old DDR6009REE stopped working for a while. The temprature (left) window show H1 (I assume it's an error code) and the humidity window always shows 30% (the lowest setting). The compressor is never able to start because it already reached the lowest target setting. I've been searching around but can't find any information have H1 code. Can anyone advise what H1 code means? What problem my dehumidifier could have? Thanks

I had the same problem. Called Danby customer support and they told me to replace the humidistat and the temperature (de-Icer) sensor, part numbers D2522-210 and D2522-080. Replaced both of these parts and now all is fine. Cost was less than $20.
