It sounds like Windows System Restore may have altered the folder which contains your Dashlane data.
Do you remember changing your master password recently? In that case, please try and sign in using your older master password. Does it work?
If you get an error which says your security code is incorrect, or you device needs to be re-authenticated, you should have received a new temporary security code by e-mail as you were trying to sign in to the application.
And are you still able to log in to the Web app on our site? To do this, you need to click on the link below, enter your registered e-mail address and then enter your master password and the temporary security code which will be sent to your e-mail address in the process.
