My 23210b Machine, Puts Half The Water In The Grinds Tray, Why?

It sounds like your machine is programmed to dispense half the water in the grinds tray. This is not a mistake, but rather an intentional design decision by DeLonghi. The machine will dispense all of the water if you want it to, but this would result in a weaker coffee.
