Hi

I would like to know if it's a laptop or a desktop computer.

In case you have a laptop, I would suggest you to check in safe mode with Networking. If the system works fine while in safe mode, then it indicates the issue is due to software malfunction, otherwise the keyboard could be faulty. To boot in Safe Mode follow the below mentioned steps:

  • Restart the computer.
  • Tap <F8> during startup until the Windows Advanced Options menu appears.
  • Press <Down Arrow> until Safe Mode with Networking is highlighted, and then press <Enter>.

In case you are using a desktop system, disconnect the keyboard and try to connect a known keyboard and check. Also, you can connect the original keyboard with a different system.

You can also refer to the below mentioned link for further help: http://dell.to/10J8Kg0

Please reply if you have any further questions.

Thanks & Regards
