Black Ink Not Printing
the black is coming out very light gray but the colors are fine. What do we need to do to get the black to print? Does it need a new developer or fuser?

Greetings - This could be awing to a number of things (like the auger gears being stuck, the toner motor failure, rollers...) - it would best the call a qualified techman to troubleshoot the machine.
