Dell 968w Multiple Card Error Message

On the printer console screen, I get the message: "Multiple Card Error - Please remove all of the memory cards and press check mark". But I have no memory cards or USB Key installed. I am unable to remove this error message and therefore cannot use the functions such as scanning or copying. It will print a dpcument if I sent that over from my laptop.
