Dell Dimension 4550 Won't Power On

Hi,

I work for Dell's Social Media Team. At the back of the system tower you will have 4 Diagnostic Lights, labeled ABCD. You will need to check which lights Yellow and which one is Green, this will tell you where is the problem.
