I Cannot Print From A Document. Does The 510 Seeries Include The V515 Printer?

Hi witelites

I would request you to please let me how you are trying to print a document, through MS Word, internet explorer or any other application. Also, let me know if you are getting any error message while printing. I would appreciate if you can elaborate the issue so that we can help you in a better manner.

Regarding your second question,

Please let me know if you are using two different printers or you are looking for software to install a particular printer. Also, would like to inform we have different model under the same series which require different software to install on a particular system.

Please revert with the results.
