Can Someone Else Get A Refund On My Ticket If They Pretend To Be Me

If i purchase a ticket and pay with cash for a trip that is 6 months in the future and I have been a victim of identitly theft would the airlines refund my money to someone impersonating me if they had my SSN, address, ets. My banking information and such has been changed, but I have a fear they will continue to try to get everything they can from me.
