How Can I Ask For A Ticket Refund When The Delta Failed To Advice Me About Accep
-ability of my travel document, when I was buying a return ticket.
I travelled and not allowed to return and was stranded and was forced to fly back with another airline.

You can certainly ask (call 1-
800-325-8224 to do so), but airlines generally refer you to an external security agency for you to determine on your own whether you have proper documentation to fly. Sorry, but they will likely not refund your money.
