No Set Up Wizard Display.
I bought a Denon AVR 2312CI. Trying to set up speakers in the 5.1 configuration. Will not display the set up wizard. I followed the manual's instructions but no go. Has hmdi connections from receiver to monitor, Phillips Plasma 50". Tried hooking up with a old style RCA type cable from the amp to monitor but still no go. Tried unplugging the hmdi and just using the RCA type connection from receiver to monitor but still no go. End the chaos please!
