What Is Gift Card Forced Redeem?

Is there no customer service department for Dickey's?My son was given a $25 Gift Card that was activated on 3/29/17. When he went to use it for the first time he was told there were no available funds. He went online to check the balance and it said there was a FORCED REDEEM for $25 at Dickeys CA-399 location on 4/22/17. We do not know what a FORCED REDEEM is and where the location CA-399 is. The card was never used by him so somebody got $25. Can someone shed some light on this problem?
