Hi I Purchased Internet Security On Line For One Year Subsription I Tried To Dow

Hi i purchased a internet security 1 year subsription from you. I tried to install it a couple of times everytime i did a box came up telling me that i had to unistall the 10 days i had left on my 60 day trial period internet security. So unistalled my nearly exspired internet security and then downloaded the new subscription i was then told to reboot my computer which i did i then logged back on. I now have no internet security at all the 10 days that i had on my old internet security is unistalled and the new internet security is not installed which i have already paid for. I now get a message that i have tried to download the new internet security to many times and i now cannot have the internet security and to now contact [email protected]. I cannot bloody believe this all i wanted was my internet security for my computer because my 60 day trial  period on my new computer expires in 10 days I need your help ASAP regards Terry.
