Epixgift Free One Month Offer

I have tried two or three times to activate our free one month offer and can't find out how to just activate it without going through a bunch of problems?

Hi, to activate your one free month of Epix sign in to your dish network account at http://www.dish.com/ and at the top of the page it says my account sit on that then click my offers then you will see your offer on next page click it and thats it theres your free month!
