I'm in zipcode 59840 and still no satellite signal unable to even acess menu to check sd channels.

Hello dunk49, I work for DISH network and hopefully your service is working. There are a few things that you can do to fix this:

1. Check the dish outside to make nothing is blocking this. If you are having rain or snow this may cause signal loss which is error 015 or 002.

2. If one receiver is not working, unplug the receiver from the outlet for 15 seconds and allow it to complete the reset. This will normally take 5-10 minutes. You will also want to check to make sure all connections on the back of the receiver are hand tight.

3. If all receivers are not working then it would be a system issue. If you are not having bad weather then this will likely require a technician visit.
