I can definitely understand the frustration with signal loss. If you are experiencing any inclement weather, know that heavy cloud cover can cause signal loss. If you've had bad weather recently, but it's clear now, the dish may need to be re-pointed.
Unplug the receiver for 10 seconds and plug it back in. If it continues after that, run a check switch test to verify the satellites. This can be done from Menu > System Setup > Installation > Point Dish > Check Switch > Test on most receiver. On our 922 it is in Menu > Settings > Point Dish, and the Hopper is Menu > Settings > Diagnostics > Point Dish. If the problem continues, or you receive any error messages, let me know!
