Hi tamragilbert, I will be happy to help you wit this. Is this an HD or SD channel? What channel is having the issue? What is the model of the receiver and is this TV 1 or 2? You can press the * "format" key at the bottom of the remote to see if this will correct this. Please email me for additional help.
