The Joey Keep Stating That Its Starting Up But It Havent Started Yet. It Just

Blink off then say its starting up again. Do you think I need a new Joey this one has a defect? Note: its been reseted over to same defect. How do I go by getting a new one?

Hi shawniep30, I will be happy to help with this and we are sorry to hear that there is a problem with the Joey. What is the message or error number that is showing on the screen?

Please check your Hopper and Joey to see if it is showing that they are linked or unlinked. Press the yellow key on your remote to display the Settings screen on your TV. Select Network Setup, and Whole Home Setup. See if it will allow you to Link the Joey to the Hopper from this screen.

After checking this items, unplug the Joey and then the Hopper for the electrical outlet. Plug the Hopper in first and after the Hopper has finished rebooting and you get a picture, plug the Joey back into the electrical outlet.
