Hi, I can absolutely assist you with your DVD issue. Please check the back of the DVD player and make sure that it is connected to the TV. Then turn the DVD player on and cycle through the inputs one more time. You will need to pause on each input for about 30 seconds to see if the DVD player is on that input. If you are still having a problem, please email me directly and let me know what type of cable connects the DVD player and the TV. If will then assist you furhter. Thank you!
