I Need Help But Am Not Getting It. Contact Me At [email protected]

My hard drive crashed after 4 or 5 months. I was sent a new DVR and no one is coming out to help. The cable in the bedroom does not work and i have given 3 TVs away and have found that they all worked. I taped 55 movies and have lost them. I want them sent to my new DVR like the Cell Phones can do and do not think that should be impossible. If it is, I deserve the movie channels for 3 more months so that I can tape movies and expect that.

Hi Linda,

I know it is frustrating to lose your recordings. We do not have any way of restoring those recordings or sending them to you. With our HD DVR equipment, you can use an External Hard Drive to store and backup recordings which can be transferred to any replacement receivers.
