No Picture

hi my problem is that im my only hearing sound and no picture plus im seeing seeing scramble channel it has good signal and quality not no picture ust scramble channel with audio

I Know the Answer!

Greetings -

1. Reset the receiver (if you are using one) - take out the power cable from the wall socked while it is running > wait for 15 seconds > plug it back on - the should initialize and all should be good after

2. I you are setup online, go to the website and resend authorisations

3. If all does not work, you will have to contact a DN's rep to walk you through.

Hello lanigumbs, we would recommend the reset as described below. You may also have the TV on the wrong channel or input. If the receiver is at the TV then this should be on channel 3 or 4. You can also cycle through the inputs for the TV if not connected by coax cable.. If this is a TV 2 then the TV should be oncahnnel 63 or 70.
