Can't Get Sound,picture Is Good But When We Hit To Turn Up Or Down It Says Audio
can't get sound it says audio systems? please can you help

Hi, I am sorry you are having a problem with your sound and I will be happy to assist. Have you tried to reset the receiver by unplugging it from the wall for 10 seconds and then let it reboot. Are you able to get any sound from the TV using another device like a DVD player? Are you connected to a sound system? Please email me directly and I will assist you further. Thank you!
