Had Power Outage. 1 Tv Gets Dish, Second Tv No Signal. We Reset And Unplugged ??

Hi, I am sorry that you are having a problem with one of your receivers. Have you checked the wiring from the wall to receiver and is everything hand tight. Please go to Menu, 6-1-3, System Info screen and let me know what satellites you have and the color under each one. Please email this information to me and I will be able to assist you further.
