What specifically are you looking for? If you have a DVR receiver, you can setup timers to record programs in the future to watch at a later time.

You can also setup Auto Tune where as soon as the program comes on, the receiver will change to that channel. This is accomplished by bringing up the Guide, selecting a program in the future, press select, which brings up the Timers screen. On the left side of the screen is Auto Tune. Select this, then go to Create Timer. Once the timer is created, at the designated time, the receiver will change to that channel for viewing.
