Why Wont The Dish Channels In My Building Go Above 99?

After AMC returned to Dish, I tried to tune it in but the available channels do not go up to 131 in my hotel. Is the new number for AMC deliberately beyond the range of certain group setup options?

Hi kevkirby, I apologize that you are having a problem accessing the channels and i will be happy to help you with this. You can try unplugging the receiver for 10 seconds to see if a reset will correct this. If this does not correct this we will need you to provide more information to assist you.
