Hi, my name is Cheri Torres and I work on the Social Media Team at DISH. I would like to help with this issue you're experiencing. Can you please try unplugging the receiver from the wall outlet for 10 seconds? If the receiver is plugged into a surge protector please try plugging it directly into the wall. If this does not resolve the issue please send me an email at [email protected] so that I can further assist you. Thank you.
