Faulty Receiver?

VIP622DVR For 24 hours, nothing but a black screen. Tried Recover button and tried pressing power button on unit. Unplugged and replugged. Checked connections.  The TV is still working fine as my computer monitor.

Hi, I am sorry that you are having a problem with the receiver video. A black screen can be caused by a number of issues. Have you tried cycling through the inputs on the TV or what channel is the TV on? Has anything changed since it was working? Did we move any cables? Are all the lights lit up on the front of the receiver? Please email me with what is going on and we will get this issue resolved. Thank you!
