I Have To Reset The Joey

when turning off the Joey at night . When I turn the Joey back on in the morning the sound does not come on with the picture? Do I have to restart the Joey to make the sound come on.

I can understand the concern. At this time it is a known issue with our Joey receivers to lose audio when powered on. A reset is the only fix we have available right now.
