Shelly (own) acts like she is in charge at dish she told me to pay my bill on time and message 803 will be taken off my screen she has to installed it not to be taken off for a year now who is Shelly (own)= id

Hi, I am sorry that there has been a problem with the bill reminder popping up on your TV set. If you acknowledge the message 3 times it will make it go away. I do not who Shelly is but I can confirm she is not our President here at DISH. I am sorry if she did not take the time to explain why the message appears and how to remove it.
