No Longer Printing Words And Turns Itself Off Each Time I Try To Print

Hello, The label maker no longer prints word, each time i print i get 1cm-2cm of label appear but the black foil is attached to it and so no letters are transfered. Each time this happens the label maker switches itself off. Please advise

Try to reset it: remove the battery, press On/Off 20 times, try to print. If this does not help, contact our help desk (see dymo.com for contacts).
