Rhino Pro 1000.

I get motor stall, but have no label jam. Is trere another way to solve this problem. Thanks

Clean the cutter blade. If this doesn't fix, consider the possibility that there is a paper jam you couldn't detect. The page at https://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000980.htm might be helpful.
