Uninstall any non-ESET antivirus software on your new computer

It is very important that you uninstall any antivirus software that is currently installed on the machine that you want to install ESET on. After identifying the antivirus product installed on your new computer (if any), uninstall it using one of the uninstallers fom the following Knowledgebase article:
- Uninstallers (removal tools) for common antivirus software

Install your ESET product on your new computer

Click your product to view a Knowledgebase article with step-by-step instructions:

ESET Smart Security
ESET NOD32 Antivirus
ESET Cyber Security Pro
ESET Cyber Security
ESET NOD32 Antivirus for Linux Desktop

If your old computer is not working, then you do not have to complete step 3.

Uninstall ESET from your old computer
- Uninstall ESET Smart Security/ESET NOD32 Antivirus
- Uninstall or reinstall ESET Cyber Security or ESET Cyber Security Pro? (5.x)
- Uninstall ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4 for Linux Desktop
