Hi We Had A Flight Booked From 9th August Till 15th August But Could Not Return

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund if you miss your flight. In some circumstances, such as for medical reasons, your travel insurance will cover the cost of any flight you miss.

However, we recognise this can happen due to exceptional circumstances, such as a bereavement, and would wish to consider offering you an easyJet Flight Voucher at such a difficult time. These decisions are made at the discretion of our Customer Service Team and will only be considered if the bereavement relates to an immediate family member, for example a partner, child, parent or sibling. Should you be in the unfortunate situation of suffering such a bereavement in your immediate family, you should send a scanned copy of the death certificate to us by clicking on 'Submit a question' on this page, along with details of your booking reference and date of birth.

If you miss your flight for another reason, for example if you are held up in traffic or by other transport problems getting to the airport, then as long as you arrive at the airport within 2 hours of the scheduled departure of your original flight, you can transfer onto the next available flight by paying a Rescue Fee.

If you arrive at the airport 2 hours after the scheduled departure of your original flight then you will need to make a new booking.
