Flying From Ath To Lgw Only With An Id.

i ve contacted easyjet to ask wheather i could travel from Athens, Greece to Gatwick with my id and they told me i could not.But i did also ask Gatwick airport and they told me it sould be just fine just with my id that i dont have to issue a passport, same thing exactly at the airport here in Athens. So whos right?

hi, how did you get on with traveling to London from Athens without a passport? were you able to just use ID? if you have not yet travelled then how did you get on with finding an answer?
