Is It Possible To Change A Flight Booking For 7 People

It is possible to change bookings but for 7 people it might be more difficult.
If you booked through the easyJet website you can begin by going to the Manage my booking sign-in to make changes to names, flights, to add passport details and so on.
Because of the number of people involved, you might need to contact easyJet Customer Service at 0843-105-5000 8:00am-8:00pm GMT if calling from the UK. If calling from outside the UK, refer to country drop-down menu at the bottom of the Contact us page.
