Name On Ticket

I booked 2 flights for my sister and used her married name which is Pasha Schouten but now she told me that in her passport it is stated as Pasha Lowinsky w/v Schouten. w/v stands for widow of (her husband died a year ago). Is this going to be a problem and if so how do I go about to change it?? She is still Mrs Pasha Schouten.
