Can We Cancel Our Flight Due To A Family Bereavement?

Flight reference: EPC5W4X (FROM Newcastle, UK to Nice), on12/09/2015Flight reference: EPC5Z3K (From Nice to London Gatwick), on 19/09/2015Dear customer Service,I appreciate your cooperation in cancelling our flight to and from Nice as above and providing refund. The decision to offer a refund or a flight voucher is made at the discretion of our Customer Service Team and will only be considered if the bereavement is an immediate family member: for example a partner, child, parent, grandparent or sibling. As a first step, please contact us providing the booking reference using the 'Ask a Question' option on the bottom of this page to enable us to consider your request. If the date of travel has now passed and your flight reservations were not used, we'd also ask that you send a scanned copy of the death certificate
