There is no info in the manual stating the cause of the fault. Unplug the unit for one hour. Plug the unit in and press the power button. If after resetting the unit the control panel does not respond, you may have a faulty control panel. Contact EdgeStar support: email at [email protected] or by telephone at 1 (866) 319-5473.
