So F20 is a communication error because the display board and the relay control board behind the display board. This is very bad error code to have because there is no way to test and determine which part has failed for 100% certain. You'll need to pull the oven out of the wall/cabinet and remove the top panel. Check the wire connections between the display board and the relay board and make sure everything is secure. If everything checks good--the display board itself will need to be ordered and replaced.
In the mean time, you can also try to turn the circuit breaker off for 60 seconds to the oven to see if the electronics will reset. Sometimes that will give temporary use again.
