The Profile On Thesims3.com Is Not Working.

On Nov 12 I could no longer log into thesims3.com through my launcher. I can through the browser but not the launcher. I can not access my studio on my profile page, I can not accept friends, I can not access my goodies, I can not edit the profile or write blogs I get opps. I contacted EA support who told me it would be resolved in 40 to 72 hours. It has not. Every letter I get back from them has nothing to do with the site and everything to do with the game. No one is listening. My husband has contacted them twice he is a tech and has programmed for 15 years, he knows it is thesims.com that they have to fix it no browser, system or cleaning of cookies will fix it. I have money on the account and spend money on the site for items for my sims, I have 15 pages of purchase history on that page all not accessible because the profile is not working. I need someone to fix the profile on thesims3.com and not tell me for the millionth time how to fix my game, I never asked them anything about the game it has always been about the site. I want to know who I contact about thesims3.com so I can get this fixed.

The problem was resolved end of Nov by a teir on employee of EA support who knew it was my profile on there site and not my browser, the developers remade the account, it is fixed because of James E. Thanks though.
