I Turn On The Printer And Get The Following Error Code 00010031
During the paper load part of power up a click occurs on the lower paper handling part of the printer. I have thoroughly looked in all the open areas and found nothing that appears to be blocking the paper path. Obviously I cannot proceed beyond this point to print an image.
